Hi again..I found out the reason why i cannot access localhost is that port 80 is busy..Though when i see xammp control panel it shows Apachi running..but In the below box shows Busy status for Port 80..I searched to see which programs use this port other than Apachi..None of them where installed on my computer...Any other reason??
What other choices do i have??

:(( I can't believe it...I downloaded Xampp control panel v 3.0.11. Apachi is running on Port 80 and 443..Mysql is on 3306.
but still not a chance to access local host..I'm so pissed of..What else can i do?? I spent more than 8 hours on installing and troubleshooting xampp and it resulted nothing but sadness for me.

Hi arixooo1,

If you cannot access http://localhost/ please try if you can request http://127.0.0.1/
Maybe it's just a name resolution issue.

best wishes,
