How to install Shell cURL command ?!

Hi guys ! I'm installing a web app on my localhost server. I've installed and enabled the PHP cURL module . Now I've this error message :

" Shell cURL command not present. Please install it with apt-get install curl or yum install curl. "

How can I install this Shell ?! I tried to download curl.exe and copy it to the xampp folder but nothing . Other suggestions? Thx in advance
