php com microsoft office word automation

Hello everybody!

I developed a small application with PHP that extracts some data from mySQL and creates a microsoft office word 2010 document from a template.
Everything works fine while I start apache and mysql manually. On the production machine, where apache and mysql are installed as services, office automation hangs.
It seem to be a matter of permissions.
Does anyone know how to setup the environment for automation to work?

I use XAMPP 1.7.7 on Windows 7 professional 64 bit and Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010.

Any help will be most appreciate!
