Hi Rude Awakening,

Your thread headline "XAMPP help" is not self speaking. What should others expect if they read that title? 99,9% of the threads here are some sort of help request.
Your images are not visible without open them in a new browser window.
Informations in images are not searchable. Thats bad for others who maybe have the same problem and searching for the text of the messages.

I don't see any relationship between phpmyadmin and this thread here exept you use the word phpmyadmin here

i don't understand that. You are trying to remove which option from where?

Rude Awakening wrote:tried system restore to Monday also... no dice.

Why should that solve your problem? Was XAMPP working on monday?

Relating to your images, there are some more questions i have:
XAMPP is installed in which destination?
The XAMPP control panel is saved where?
How do you start the control panel?

Your thread left behind more questions than informations.

best wishes,
Altrea
