help me, because I can not open localhost, just writing this out of my monitor screen:

Well - its because you can't install XAMPP in folders that contain spaces or special characters. The reason is many parts of XAMPP are ported from Linux.

The best practice is to install XAMPP in teh root folder of a drive. i.e. c:\xampp or the root of a second drive or partition.
