Ok heres the deal.

I got Xampp 1.7.7 and my friend has the same

Were playing a game and a server so i need to add items to to the server.

and i need to access his localhost To add

So i used Team Viewer and created a user with phpmyadmin in his localhost.

and Grant me full access so thats done Now When i type hisip/phpmyadmin It says access forbidden what Do i do I need to log in his localhost please help

Try this.

In his XAMPP you/he needs to allow 'hisip' in the \xampp\apache\conf\extra\https-xampp.conf file down near the bottom in the New XAMPP security concept section, last section, so it looks like this
# Close XAMPP sites here

Order deny,allow
Deny from all
Allow from ::1 127.0.0.0/8
Allow from add hisip here
Documentary 403 /error/HTTP_XAMPP_FORBIDDEN.html.var

You must save the file and restart Apache.

Important to make a backup of the conf file first so you can easily revert if things don't pan out.

Please let me know back if the above worked and you could access his phpMyAdmin.
