please help

hello guys, please help me
i was working on apache server and heard about Xamp and decided to try it, yesterday i installed it and it's working perfectly, and i installed ( invision power board ),
when i open it from my computer it opens fully, but when i try to open it from another computer on lan or wan, it opens only text no any images,

common failure of missetted base URL.
Please check your invision power board configuration, if you have used "localhost" or "127.0.0.1" in your setting.
