XAMPP Buisy port 80 Help Cant do VIEW Page

XAMPP installed OK. Tested a few times on several live views worked OK.
All of a sudden can not start Xampp on Control pannel CAN START SQL but Xampp keeps stating BUISY????
Any idea what is wrong.
Logged off and closed down as I normally do from XAMPP, was not affected on earlier log ons.
I can not get the DW Cs5.5 index.php to view in any mode? Live or global view!?
Please help stuck can not continue with tests!
