Dedicated windows server localhost need to connect domain na

Good Day Guys

I have dedicated Windows Server 2008 Hosted in China,

I configured my website in Xampp localhost on my dedicated server, sure in remote connection in the server and i am running xampp apache server and in browser with localhost i can see my website running.

Problem is:

I have domain name associated with IP with this dedicated server, when i am writing in my office computer in EU www.mydomain.com, or IP, my website is not showing, please can you help me

Is there i have to connect my localhost with my domain IP or need to change localhost IP in Config file ...

Please help me in this problem
