MySql doesnt start :(

Hi guys
here is the problem.
I've installed Xampp 1.7.3 but some day ago, MySql seems doesnt want start.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall but nothing to do.

In Xampp control panel I tried also to uncheck flag to SVC about mySQL (uninstall) and press Start..
In this case too doesnt work
If is installed like service, when I go to service management and I press "Start" , answer is
"Error 1067. Unable to start service Mysql"
Firewall is disabled
Php running without problem

OS is Windows XP SP3
Xampp 1.7.3

ok I fixed reinstalling Xampp.. and renaming old folder xampp...
So a question is now

How I can do to migrate htdocs and mysql data from old folder xampp to new?

old xampp was 1.7.3 version
new 1.7.7
