i have installed it on windows 7,xampp version is 1.7.7
problem is apache service is not starting.it starts for just 2 or 3 seconds and imidiately stops.
i have fixed the problem of skype but it is still not starting,
the error log file says the following:-

please help me.how to fix this error?

I had encountered the same issue on a Windows XP SP3 PC.

but dont know why my server starts working suddenly..........now it is working fine......

Have you installed Oracle database 10g or other PERL library?
