I can not access my web folder with my local ip address

Excuse my English, I speak Spanish, I am using a translator to ask for help: (


I can enter the address of xampp: 10.1.1.91/xampp/ it works

But when I enter my blog with the same ip address I load the site .. keeps loading and I finally throws error. and any other folder that has stayed in xampp

10.1.1.91/wordpress
10.1.1.91/forum

etc... Please help me :'(
