I keep getting the same error with everything using httpd.exe
Anyone please help.

It is already installed..

As a note, you do need the x86 version installed as the x64 version will not work.

Could you post the contents/details of the error from the Windows Event Viewer (start > run > eventvwr) Application Logs.
