I can not access my ip address to xampp

Sorry my English is super basic, I am using a translator to help: (.

Install xampp 1.7.7 and I can enter this address:
http://localhost/xampp/
http://127.0.0.1/xampp/

But when I enter my ip address reedirige to me I can not access my router and asks me user and password, and when I enter my ip address and xampp I can not, here some pictures.

Results: User and pass, 401 Unauthorized
Authorization required for the URL '/'.

I want to enter my ip for my friends also to join my website

A. - its probably NOT a good idea to post your real IP.

just type nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn or xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx instead.

B - You might want to read this -

C. - My guess based on this login prompt is that Port 80 has been set for Remote Management on your router. You should probably change that to a different port AND make sure your ISP does not block inbound Port 80. The ISP may have set the router that way so they could 'fix' settings.

Most likely somewhere in the Router setup. perhaps Advanced settings.

It turns out that is an ADSL modem - you probably should contact your ISP to see if what you want to do is possible with your account.
