Apache FTP - Reverse Proxy

I have a problem. I am using XAMPP client (1.7.4). I have 3 servers. One of them is a proxy server. It communicates with the other two computers. Http proxy works fine but I need ftp proxy configure too. On the terminals servers I am using FileZilla (from XAMPP) where I created some user account. How can I move all trafiic for specific ftp user to specific computer using apache ftp module?
