Problem embeeding swf flash in new version xampp 1.7.7.

HI I've running my site on an older version of xampp, I upgrade to the new 1.7.7 version and I've been making some changes in order to the site running on this new version. I have a few flashes embeeded in the code and one of them is not displayed on the page, I tried with the rest and all is running ok only this flash is not running, if I double clicking the swf and playing directly from IE it shows Ok after a warning for permissions for a blocked content.

Any Ideas?

additional facts:
* I already compiled the flash on a new version of flash, with the follow error : "Fonts should be embedded for any text that may be edited at runtime" but now is fixed;
* I have run in the last version again and it's still running on the old version without problem.
