I installed XAMPP for Windows

Imagick: local host run also as well

I am currently reading "jQuery 1.3 with PHP" by Packt Publ, in the 7th chapter refers for Imagick for use from PHP for image rotate among first topics, but seems no work...
well,
Imagick, must be on a live server, or local host run also as well like xampp? how install on local host...???
