Is Mysqli Enabled 1.7.4 (Win7 64) [SOLVED]

Hey, does anyone know if xampp comes with mysqli extension enable?? If so, where can i test to see if i have it. How do I enable it if I don't have it enabled. I'm using version 1.7.4 and i'm running windows. Help would really be appreciated!!
