XAMPP 1.7.7 having issue with Windows-XP 64bit [SOLVED]

I just install new XAMPP 1.7.7 but its not starting apache showing a warning: terminating worker thread 0,
i checked my port with xampp_port.exe it says my port 80 is free no one conflicting it not even Skype or any application.
but when i run XAMPP 1.7.4 it runs very fine .
I am using Windows XP64bit

issue solved after installing vcredist_x86.exe (a visual C++ file)
