Which XAMPP Version and Operating System?
You can now add these details in your Profile which will save you having to provide them every time you create a topic.

In 1.7.7 go to \xampp\apache\conf\extra\httpd_default.conf for the ServerSignature on off switch - Is that what you want to do?
You will also find in the same file the ServerTokens settings.
Other related files can be found in \xampp\apache\error folder.
Most of these files have associated help comments.
