XAMPP + LDAP

Currently, I am able to use my application with ldap authentication without any issue on my local (localhost) environment (windows 7 64 bit). I can see that I have openLdap installed when I look at my phpinfo page. However as soon as I migrate this onto our companies windows 7 server, I can no longer authenticate with LDAP. In fact, when I look at my phpinfo page, I do not see any references to ldap.

I used the exact same xampp installer, why would there be any differences? If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated. I've been banging my head against this issue for two days now without any progress.
