Apache and MySQL has stopped working

I have 3 days receiving this message. WHY????????

First was the MySQL it happends when use a database called "livingwage", then I delete it and recreate it by SQL code generated from MySQL Workbench using other name and it works!!!

But today appear the same error but in Apache? Should I install de new XAmpp release?

I just install the 1.7.7 and it's working, give a few days to test it. The prevoius version was 1.7.1.
