im getting the folowing error when accesing my site over the network
Access forbidden!

New XAMPP security concept:

Access to the requested directory is only available from the local network.

This setting can be configured in the file "httpd-xampp.conf".

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

i looked in the cofig file and found

but i dont know what to change and i also need to do this over the internet aswell as the network so how would i acomplish this?

No such XAMPP version (it is found in the readme_en.txt file in the xampp folder) also you omitted your Windows version.

To allow LAN access change the section in the httpd-xampp.conf file so it looks like this but first, as best practice, always make a back up copy of any files you edit in XAMPP

Access from the Internet is enabled by default but not by using your IP from your own PC unless you use a web proxy for example - see the many forum posts on this subject.
