A - The first things are all WARNINGS and Statuses - not ERRORS.

php not running in safe mode" and "a ftp server is not running or blocked by firewall"
also: The test user "newuser" for the POP3 server (Mercury Mail?) does not exists anymore or have a new password"

in staus panel this:
Apache AJP Proxy configuration: C:\xampp\apache\conf\extra\httpd-ajp.conf

Tomcat configuration (global):

C:\xampp\tomcat\conf\server.xml
C:\xampp\tomcat\conf\web.xml
C:\xampp\tomcat\conf\context.xml

Tomcat document root: C:\xampp\tomcat\webapps\
Tomcat examples directory: C:\xampp\tomcat\webapps\examples\
Tomcat default examples (with ajp proxy): http://localhost/examples/

Tomcat standalone (without ajp13): http://127.0.0.1:8080/
Tomcat Manager (without ajp13): http://127.0.0.1:8080/manager/status

Homepage: http://tomcat.apache.org/
Sun: Java JDK (Oracle)

B. - Actual ERRORS

can not start with errors or some such.

Its very hard for me to guess what those errors are, I don't have my wizard hat today - and without the specifics of the errors, there is absolutely nothing I can do to help you. Post what the error messages say

Good Luck
