I found xampp 1.7.7 without mysqlmanager or mysqld_multi ?!!!

The mysqld_multi script can be found in the \xampp\mysql\bin folder.

Instance Manager (mysqlmanager) has been removed, but a reference to it still appeared in the mysql.server script. (Bug #33472)

I found only mysqld_multi.pl file, How to do it?
another doubt : can I use mysqlmanager.exe that included in xampp 1.7.4 to for xampp 1.7.7 ?

Assuming your paths are setup correctly, you can execute this from the command line:

C:\xampp\perl\bin\perl.exe C:\xampp\mysql\bin\mysqld_multi.pl

I am not sure about mysqlmanager.exe but have you tried MySQL Workbench available on the MySQL site?
