xampp 2.5.8 for pannel
xampp 1.7.3 for windows pls help

As far as I understand your post you have installed XAMPP and you want to open http://localhost/phpmyadmin. And where is the problem?

i have xampp yes, i want to go on them links but they say link is broken. so yeah and i need to to make my hotel

Sorry, but if you are not able to describe the problem properly you should not use XAMPP at all.
