How i can publish with automatic form my html files?

Hello! I have a doubt, not if they will be able to solve it to me.
I have a data base mysql and 14 files php, with these 14 files i can generate up to 400 HTML. Can I publish them with an automatic or semiautomatic form?. Can I publish them without having to open one to one and save as like HTML file?. Thanks.

Is not a problem with xampp, i'm asking if is possible to generate automaticaly or semiautomaticaly files html from xampp administrator. (or by another way)
I have a ddbb, mysql, with the information for 400 html files, and 14 php files for create this 400 html, but i don't know how i can generate these. Now i do open one to one and save as html file.
