wow! you have learned everything about security in less then 2 hours?
to administrate a webserver accessible from the internet is nothing which should be done by everybody.
There are some things in the world where you should have some knowledge about all the things before you start doing it and this is one of them.

As an administrator of a webserver you are accountable (by law) for things that happens with it.
What if someone captures your server and runs some DDos attacks on commercial orientated websites?
What if someone captures your server and send millions of mails right to MY mail account?

I won't give you a step by step instruction how you can put your XAMPP to the internet.
It's your own and MY security.

^You jump into conclusions way too fast, as I listened to you and am already trying to figure out the issues about the security.

Nichts - Xampp ist von Haus aus auch via Internet erreichbar. Sollte das bei Dir nicht so sein, liegt es an Deinem PC (Firewall o.ä.).
