white page when i reload to fast

i installed xampp on a windows 2008 r2 server.
we have now the problem, that when we reload too fast the website we get a blank (white) page.
also if we click too fast...

does anybody know how to debug the problem?

have XAMPP 1.7.3 on windows xp - but am just about to upgrade to windows7

I am having a problem understanding this issue so how about you all post more details.

How can you load a page too fast?
What are you clicking too fast?

Try loading slower and clicking what ever your clicking slower, does everything load then?
