What is my server name for mysql?

Hi, everyone. I am trying to convert my database in Access 2007 to SQL to be able to use with XAMPP to make a website
any guides on how to do this because when i try it , Access wants the server name - please reply or any hints

The default servername for the local mysql Database is localhost.

do i need to enter password and username too because im using the option "use trusted connection" i have not set any username and passwords on access

or does anyone even know of a tool which can convert a access database to sql :( ?
