cannot open tomcat services via catalina_start.bat

I have installed the newest version of XAMPP, and simply double chick the catalian_star.bat after i start the apache services.
however, it stopped in somewhere, displayed massage formate like "server startup in n ms", and stop, no window closes. when I check the status via localhost, It started looping and looping with error message displayed in the window that shows "server startup in n ms" before.
I am using windows 7 utilities simple-chinese version, google chrome as browser
