Very sorry, my knowledge is absolutely zero with this FA2006 but I did see that there is manual in pdf or in ebook format that you could download and see if it has the clues to get you out of this bind:
http://softdomain.net/downloads.html

An email to the support address on the page link I gave you outlining your issues would help greatly as they say that their support staff do try very hard to help out where they can.

Please could you let me know if and when you finally get this sorted out - I am curious to know what caused it and how it gets resolved - thanks.

Best wishes and good luck. :)

Dear Sharley,

i have found the way to solve the problem^^
lauched the web http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ to recreate the database (import the assetdata table from disk)
after i restore backup, anything same as the previous! I can access the main page of the Fixed Assets 2006 system, hoo~
Thanks for your help, appreciate!!!

That is great news :D and as I suspected, phpMyAdmin had a major role to play in the way that data should be moved from one location to another.

Thanks for letting me know and now at last you can move forward.

Good luck and my very best wishes. :)
