Very sorry, my knowledge is absolutely zero with this FA2006 but I did see that there is manual in pdf or in ebook format that you could download and see if it has the clues to get you out of this bind:

i have found the way to solve the problem^^
lauched the web http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ to recreate the database (import the assetdata table from disk)
after i restore backup, anything same as the previous! I can access the main page of the Fixed Assets 2006 system, hoo~

That is great news and as I suspected, phpMyAdmin had a major role to play in the way that data should be moved from one location to another.
