many connection errors

How would i go about investigating more about this type of error. I check the Apache and mysql logs and got none the wiser of it.

Error: null, message from server: "Host 'xampp.xxxx.xxxx.net' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'"

The error occurs every couple of days on XAMPP Windows 1.7.4. on a Production and a Test server.

Its clearly a mySQL error, but one you probably not getting directly.

Have you checked searched mySQL topics/forums for that???

I guess its pointless to say "XAMPP is not designed for production environments", right???
