Setup WebDAV on Xampp-win32-1.7.3

I`m using Xampp-win32-1.7.3 and it has been setup correctly.
Appreciate anyone here would teach me step by step to configure it correctly.
I would need a clean webDAV command with no user authentication and password in httpd.conf
