phpmyadmin unable to access, please help

Dear xampp,
Can another tell me why
1. I stop the apache and tomcat already where tomcat is default running the java program of g-auc.com
2. Then i press MYSQL of "ADMIN", it redirects Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
and unable to access to MySQL of phpmyadmin

A. I can't tell from your screen shot - Is Apache (webserver, not Tomcat) running?


B. when creating your virtual host(s), did you follow the example and create on for the default instance of XAMPP???
