When I go to login to PhpMyAdmin, I get an error that says, "Cannot log in to the MySQL server."

Can anyone tell me does that mean, I am typing my password in wrong? Is the MySQL server down? or Etc.?

Never mind people, but thanks if you were trying to help, but I found the solution.

It turns out maybe it was the wrong password, but I highly doubt that, because I tried all of my passwords I use and it still wouldn't let me into PhpMyAdmin.
But I searched the forums and found this to work:
