my system is win7 32bit
i downloaded zip one of xampp..
the apache didnt work
i though new version of control pannel could work
so i downloaded new version of control pannel
there is nothing running on 80 port and when i click start, it showed

11:53:40 [apache] Status change detected: stopped
plz someone help me i have opened setup.bat

i was looking the solution :Start the file "setup_xampp.bat" once more and select "disable mod_perl"

but when i opened it it shows sorry but nothing to do and closed.....wtf.......what can i do now!

anyone help??plzzzz
