Upload problems

I try uploading a file from a local disk using form - input - type='file'. The print_a($_FILES) displays the following:

[tmp_name] => C:\xampp\tmp\phpB581.tmp

[size] => 6519

)

But there is no such file on C:\xampp\tmp\. I have Win7 Ultimate, XAMPP 1.7.3 and PHP 5.3.1.

Anyone who know what the problem is?
