howto localhost. show site for incoming visitors.

I have a localhost using xampp,apache so on.. It was all fine for a couple of days ago, but i just moved to another office which means i had to use another router and even internet connection. I've also had a format of my computer with no touching of the xampp settings.
Problem now is, incoming users cannot connect and se my sites, which was no problem at all before. I've disabled firewall, opened for port 80 on my computer, But i had done nothing at all to the new router.
Well.. When that is said i can admit i'm new to this. I'm a designer not a programmer
