Can't close Close XAMMP

Tiny problem. When I finish a session I cannot close the Apache and MySQL services. I get "Busy -Error 1" Am running windows 7 64 Bit. I have to go to Task Manager and close from there! Any advice please?

First if available hit the Stop button next remove any ticks in the Svc boxes and answer the question when prompted - if the Stop buttons becomes available again then hit then and all should be stopped.

You have to remove the Windows services first (Svc) before you can proceed.
You can also achieve this using Service Control Manager (SCM) button in the XAMPP Control Panel.

Seems to have more control and better wording of components.
