big problem with XAMPP and images

I recently installed XAMPP for making some web pages on locallhost, but i experienced some problems witch images.
It seems that PNG images loads in low-res and fairly disorded and other images formats are loaded only partially. Can anyone help me with yhis one. Oh and i tried it with few browsers and problem occurs on everyone of them.
