Apache and MySQL start then stop

I have tried for almost an entire day and I am certain it is something really strange, but neither Apache or MySQL will start.
These were running until yesterday and have been up for a few weeks. Yesterday mysql wouldn't start I uninstalled, reinstalled numerous times and still the
same results no mysql and no apache. IIS is not running and neither are any of my anti-virus or firewall applications.

Your help is greatly appreciated, until yesterday I was in love with XAMPP.

I get no logs for Apache. Here are the logs for MySQL.
