Cant start Apache service

Hi,

I'm having problems with apache, after the installation, when i click at "Start", xammps gives me a message "Apache Service not started [-1]"

Ive got UAC and IIS desactivated, i dont have skype, me port 80 is free and i've got Kaspersky 2011 installed, (but even closed, apache services can't start.

Does anyone knows why i cant start it?

Ive fixed it.

For everyone with the same problem...

Close any program that uses port 80, like skype.
Disable IIS. (search on google)
Disable UAC (search it too).
Unistall your current instalation of xampp (if you still have it)
Delete the folder.
Reset your pc
Reinstall Xampp(Select Run Apache and Mysql(optional) as a process).
Check if you can access to http://127.0.0.1.

If it continues...
Run CMD as an administrator and type (on windows) netstat -abn. You'll see a list of programs and its ports, look for port 80.
