Apache Friends Support Forum

I have windows vista, i download xampp and the followed all steps from http://nexua.org/niji/installing-phpdoc-xampp-pear/
but when I install phpdocumentor through pear, I get error message saying " Phpdcoumentor is already installed, No installation required"
Any help, how should run phpdocumenter in xampp evironment, thank you
