I just downloaded and installed (english), but when I view the 'security' page it's in german. The translate function claims an error on the page and will not translate. How do I get that page in english?

I think I've managed to muddle through and get the system up, but Id still prefer to understand if I entered everything OK.....

I am not able to find any lang.tmp file in the 2 directories you have mentioned here.
