Apache Friends Support Forum

Host is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server.........

Please help me :C been searching for a fix for a few hours on google and cant seem to find one. Some forum says i should edit my my.cnf but there is nothing like that in xampp directory.... haiii... only my.ini... and I really dont know the difference between the two.. so tired... almost 1am here... gonna sleep.. I hope someone could help me with this.... would really really appreciate it a lot :C please.....
