Is there a Russian translation available, please?

Hello dear team,

My googling as well as a search on this forum haven't produced any joy so I decided to write in this forum directly.

As the subject suggests, I am after a Russian localization pack for the recent XAMPP version. Is there any? If not, I am willing to put in some hours and create one for you as long as there is someone to give me initial instructions.
