Can't uninstall xampp & need help

I've installed XAMPP 1.7.3 for window using installer, but can't uninstall the program by double click uninstall. The status said it's not ok, so I delete the folder. There are a lot of .dll files left in the folder. When I reinstall XAMPP 1.7.3, there are a lot of error shown up. Please help.

Open Windows Task Manager by right clicking on the Task Bar and selecting it from the menu.

Click on the Processes tab and find httpd.exe and mysqld.exe and highlight each one at a time and select to End Process so they are no longer listed - close Task Manager.

Now try and delete the xampp folder again.
