Hi,

I am trying to create a new user with password.

but for some reason i cannot loggin with that user.

then i have tried to login without entering the password and logged in, but with no access to the database.

can someone please help me?

start phpmyadmin http://localhost/phpmyadmin/index.php, mark your table, select "rights" (authority or similar in German: Rechte) and then add a new user.
Than you can select the authority the new user should have.
