Home intranet running on Win7

I've searched high and low for an answer to this but it's probably such a n00b question that it never gets a mention.

I've been running XAMPP for ages on my lone Win7 desktop machine and all is good. I recently acquired a Win7 netbook and the two machines happily communicate with each other via Win7's network. I would like to see the web server on the netbook too so what URL do I type into the netbook web browser to see the web server on the desktop machine?

If they are both in the same Workgroup then it should work by just enter the Computername in the address bar of your Browser.
